- Keep sensitive material out of a Project unless you are authorized to use it with the service.
- Review Project instructions and canon when requirements, facts, or approvals change.

- Archive or update work that should no longer guide future conversations.

What can I keep in a Project?
A Project can hold its name, description, instructions, durable notes or canon, connected conversations, supported reference files, and related manuscript work.
Does every new conversation become a Project?
No. A new conversation remains separate unless you choose to use or attach it to a Project.
How many Projects can I create for free?
The current Free plan supports up to 2 active private Projects. Professional supports 25 and Enterprise supports 200. Plan limits may be reviewed in the app before purchase.
Will a Project remember everything automatically?
No. Projects provide a durable boundary for the instructions, notes, files, and conversations you deliberately connect. Review that context and keep it current.
Can I open the same Project on another device?
Yes. Sign in to the same Ask Crump account, open Projects, and select the named Project you want to continue.
